CNR Media artist management yesterday said it appealed the Seoul Central District Court's decision related to an exclusive deal with Park Jung-min, former boyband SS501 personnel.
The court on Monday ruled that management had to cancel his agreement with Jung-min. The decision was made after the singer filed a lawsuit against the CNR Media in April, alleging that management did not comply with the contract.
Management Jung-min pay only U.S. $ 133.214 (about Rp1, 26 billion), said the star, much less than the agreed amount.
However, management said that Jung-min asked for some money that does not make sense and legal institutions Hwawoo has decided to appeal the decision of the court.
